GALAVIZ, Fortino Borquez

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, May 18, 2012 Fortino Borquez Galaviz, 45, of Buckeye died May 13, 2012. Mr. Galaviz was born Aug. 12, 1966, in La Vinorama, Sinaloa, Mexico to Cornelia and Angel. He moved to Arizona in 1996 and worked as a milk-hand at Sonora Dairy in Buckeye. He is survived by his wife, Maria Angelica Armenta Castro; two daughters, Noemi Armenta and Jennifer; two sons, Alan and Kevin; two sisters, Alicia and Adelaida; five brothers, Eroclio, Doroteo, Francisco, Miguel Angel and Jesus Manuel; and one grandchild. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave. in Avondale. A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 4 p.m. Interment will be in Panteon Municipal Alfonso in Jenaro Calderon, Sinaloa, Mexico. The Rev. John Moreno will officiate.
