Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from May 20 to May 27, 2012 - Doyle E. Chastain, age 77, a 30-year resident of Mohave Valley, Ariz., died on Friday, May 11, 2012, in Cross Plains, Texas. Doyle, who spent 6 years in the United States Air Force, worked in the construction field and retired after many years as a teamster. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling in the 5th Wheel for many miles! Doyle was preceded in death by daughter, Laura, and stepson, Charles Chastain. He is survived by his ex-wife, Donna L. Chastain of Mohave Valley, Ariz.; son, Donald D. Chastain; two step-sons, Darrel (Sheryle) Chastain, and Bruce (Mary Helen) Crawley; step-daughter, Christie (Marty) Shoemaker; four grandchildren, Sara, Curtis, Amanda, and Clinton; and numerous step-grandchildren. Graveside services were previously held on May 13, 2012, in Cross Plains, Texas.
