Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, Prescott Valley, Arizona Dan Thomas Coffey (March 9, 1961 ~ May 20, 2012) Dan Coffey, 51, passed away Sunday May 20, 2012 at home with family in Prescott Valley. He was born March 9, 1961 to Francis & Helen Coffey in Dixon, Illinois. He is survived by two sisters, Marilyn Coffey of Dixon, IL and Kathy Coffey of New Orleans, LA; four brothers Jim (Martha) Coffey of Dixon, IL, Terry (Esta) Coffey of Dixon, IL, Neil Coffey of Golita, CA, and Paul Coffey of Cottonwood, AZ. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren David Diaz, Alexis Olivares, Jesse Diaz, and Dani Diaz (and their parents Juno & Edith Diaz) of Ventura, CA; and Kamil, Kenedi, and KC Weston (and their parents Deanna & Robert Weston)of Hope Mills, NC. Two nephews Joseph & Jesse Galvan and three great-nieces Jade, Jazmine, and Bella Galvan also survive Dan. Dan was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers Edward, Joseph, Richard, and Timothy; and one sister Patty Friel. A private cremation was entrusted to Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel of Prescott Valley, AZ.
