She was born August 15, 1941 to John & Mary Tucholski in Camden, NJ. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Stokes; and sons Robert Phillips, William Phillips, and Thomas Phillips. A private cremation was held at Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel. ~~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, June 09, 2012 Wanda J. Persel, 70, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away May 24, 2012, in Prescott, Ariz. Wanda was born Aug. 15, 1941, to Mary and John Tuholski. Wanda leaves behind her children: three sons, Robert Phillips, William Phillips and Thomas Phillips; and two daughters, Sandra Stokes and Terri Phillips. She also leaves a sister, Louise Vandergrift; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Wanda loved children and spent much of her spare time volunteering at Mayer Elementary School. She was a blessing to all and will be greatly missed. A special thank-you to the wonderful nurses and staff in the CVICU at Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
