West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, May 29, 2012 Shirley A. McKenzie, 76, of Girard, Pa., and formerly of Avondale died from leukemia May 24, 2012, at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pa. She was born Aug. 8, 1935, in Erie to Arthur and Leta Hathaway. While living in Arizona, she worked as a hostess at TJ's Homestyle Restaurant in Avondale. She is survived by her husband, Jess J.; two daughters, Sheri Collins of Buena Park, Calif., and Tina of Cerritos, Calif.; and one son, Keith Millikin of San Pedro, Calif. Funeral arrangements will be handled by the Daniel R. Edder Funeral Home in Girard. Condolences may be left for the family at edderfuneralhome.com.
