Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Saturday, May 26, 2012 - Marcella (Marcie) Violet Zastrow was called home to her heavenly Father May 24, 2012 in Lake Havasu City. Marcie, as she was known by her family and friends, was born on June 6, 1930, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Joseph and Anna (Minikowski) Kloskey. Marcie enjoyed life to the fullest. Marcie was a phenomenal conversationalist, she had many friends and acquaintances. Until her recent illness, Marcie was an active member of the The Catholic Daughters of the Americans Court 2213. Marcie was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Don; and son-in-law, Lyle Ernst. Marcie leaves behind two daughters, Kathy Ernst and Karen Panhans and son-in-law Joseph Panhans Jr.; grandsons, Jeffrey (Mary) Panhans and Paul Panhans; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be Tuesday at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church. Rosary in the church will be at 11 a.m., followed by a mass officiated by Reverend Thomas Kawai. A reception will follow in the Holy Family Parish Center. In lieu of flowers, mass donations in Marcie’s name may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
