Constance ("Connie") N. (Smith) Ladd, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2012 in Goodyear, Arizona. Connie was born in Wilmington, Delaware on May 31, 1944, and married George A Ladd, Jr. in 1962. Connie was a loving mother and wife. 

She is survived by husband George A. Ladd, Jr.; daughters Yevette N. McKenna and Dawnmarie Kucko; granddaughter Amber L. Manley; great grandson Matthew John Manley; sisters Sheila Fleitz, Johanna Grimsley, Regina Young. 

Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Connie's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, Desert Southwest Chapter, 1028 E McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85006-2662.
