PARRY, Tommy (Red) Eldon


The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Published on November 4, 2011 Tommy 'Red" Eldon Parry 85, of Scottsdale passed away on October 30, 2011. Born in Longdale, OK, he moved to Scottsdale in 1934. He attended grade school at 'The Little Red Schoolhouse' and high school at Scottsdale High. Dad was granted a scholarship at ASU for football but instead joined the Navy to help fight World War II. He had his own garage in Scottsdale, Red's Garage', and worked for the City of Scottsdale until his retirement 30 years ago. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mildred; his 4 childern Rory, Jacque, Jo D, and Ardis; his 7 grandchildren, Erica, Tiffany, Jessica, Brandon, Marki, Max, and Micalyn; and his 3 great-grandchildren, Kameron, Kessany, and Leo. Services to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions to be made to Hospice of the Valley.
