West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, June 01, 2012 Daniel Joseph Martinez, 20, of Waddell died May 27, 2012, at his home. Mr. Martinez was born Oct. 7, 1991, in Phoenix. He was a student. He is survived by his father, David; three brothers, Anthony, Patrick and Joseph; and two grandparents, John and Maria.
