Mrs. Tarin was born Sept. 11, 1953, in Phoenix to Clarence and Sylvia Hiller. She lived in the West Valley for 45 years. She is survived by her husband, Eleuterio "Gato"; four brothers, Kenneth of Tucson, Rodney of Phoenix, Charles of Buckeye and Lewis of Phoenix; three sons, Jay R. Hiller of Laveen, Rafael Valenzuela of Laveen and Doug Valenzuela of Buckeye; and four grandchildren.
