She moved to Parker in the early 1990’s. Christy was a bartender at several bars on the Parker Strip, from Blue Bar II, Paradise, Fox’s, PI and Havasu Springs. She was a very loving and giving person and would help any way she could. Christy loved animals. She was a great cook and loved to cook for family and friends. Christy enjoyed riding on the back of Jerry’s Harley, Facebooking, boating and just hanging out with friends. She was to remarry Jerry Leath on July 7, 2012 and spend their honeymoon in Sturgis in August. Jerry is grateful to have loved and spent 14 great years with Christy. She was preceded in death by her father Don Paulson and sister Cindy Connolly. She is survived by her mother and brother Glenda Paulson and Bob Paulson. There will be a Celebration of Life for Christy at Blue Bar II, May 19, at 2 p.m., 3365 Riverside Drive, Parker Dam, Ariz. Christy will be greatly missed by friends and family, but never forgotten.
