The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/05/2012 Marlena Dunlap went home to be with the Lord May 13, 2012. She was born Feb. 5, 1980. She is survived by her children: D’Angelo Dunlap, Evalena Thomas and Nicholas Wycliffe Jr.; companion Nicholas Wycliffe Sr.; parents, Modesto Sr. and Susie Dunlap; sisters: Michele Thompson, Maureen Dunlap, Mary Dunlap and Harriet Green; brother Morrall Dunlap; god parents: Archie and Audrey Cosen, and many nieces, nephews, grandkids and friends. A two-night wake was held Saturday, May 19. Funeral services were held Monday, May 21, at the family residence. Interment immediately followed at Whiteriver Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Dunlap and Modesto Dunlap JR “Lucky”, and niece Angel Marshea Dunlap. She will be forever missed.
