SMITH, Collette Michelle

Collette M. Smith (June 13, 1976 ~ May 12, 2012) Collette Michelle Smith was a kind and loving mother and sister and daughter as well as a friend. Collette was born to Eliose Jane Bennett of Moapa Nevada. She was the daughter of Maxwell Wellington of Peach Springs Az. She attended Parker AZ Schools and remained in the area to start and raise a family. Collette was preceded in death by one Baby Smith of Parker, and has left behind many relatives and friends. Collette was the mother of Alia Querta, Shaelee Querta, Raylee Querta, Layla Querta, Jaedan Hope Dysie, Baby Smith Dysie, Collin Aki Smith. She also was a sister of Stephanie Pablo and leaves behind various nieces and nephews. She has gone on to glory to be with those who have gone before us, and will not be forgotten. I love you lil sis. We all do and will miss you everytime we look to the heavens. Note: Parker Funeral Home, Parker, AZ handled the arrangements.
