Richard "Dick" Hoag, age 81, a 2-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012. He was born on June 11, 1930.

Dick is survived by his wife, Barbara, four children, and grandchildren.

A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a later date in Grand Rapids, Mich.
