West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, June 08, 2012 Joe Scott Ford Jr., 72, of Goodyear died May 24, 2012, at his home. Mr. Ford was born March 14, 1940, in Sand Springs, Okla., to Catherine and Joe. He moved to Arizona in 1960 and owned his own pest control business, serving the West Valley. He served in the Navy for 22 years, reaching the rank of chief petty officer. He served during the Vietnam War as an elite Navy diver. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Linda.
