LINNEY, Daniel

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, June 08, 2012 Daniel Linney, 82, of Litchfield Park died June 5, 2012. Mr. Linney was born Nov. 10, 1929, and grew up in San Francisco. He was a highway engineer, operated two restaurants and owned and brokered real estate offices before retiring. He lived in San Carlos for five years before moving to PebbleCreek in Goodyear. He is survived by his wife, Sue; his former wife, Mary; two sons, Dan and Brian; one daughter, Kathy Robbins; one sister, Rita Howse; two stepsons, Roy and Kent Grossman; two stepdaughters, Joyce Grossman and Karen McCool; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A celebration of life will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at La Loma Village in the Atrium Café, 14154 Denny Boulevard in Litchfield Park.
