Jerry Wayne Swift Jr., 13, of Buckeye died June 2, 2012, in a car accident. 

Jerry was born Feb. 23, 1999, in Phoenix to Jerry and Seline. He attended Liberty Elementary School through sixth grade.

He is survived by one sister, Tiffany; three grandparents, Gerald and Lila of Buckeye and Valerie Schoaf of Oregon; one step-grandparent, Kirby of Oregon; and two great-grandparents, Ralph and Orlene of Buckeye.
