He was born December 23, 1957 in Whiteriver, AZ. He will be dearly missed by his family, relatives and friends. Willard is survived by his Children: Lorman Ethelbah, Jolinda Ethelbah, Perlena Ethelbah, Shenell David; Brothers: Myron Ethelbah, Sr., Chesley Ethelbah, Sr; Sisters: Rosa Ethelbah, Orinthia Ethelbah, Louisa Ethelbah, Norma Jean Case; Uncles: Earl Ethelbah, Jensen Ethelbah, Ramsen Ethelbah; Aunts: Neva Adley, Mayhome Rolland, Lenora Ethelbah, Andreta Bullis. He was preceded in death by Parents: Quincy and Osie Ethelbah; Brothers: Timothy Ethelbah, Chester Ethelbah, Sr., Chester Ethelbah, Jr., and Daughter, Bernadette Bonito. A wake will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 8, 2012 on Butterfly Lane in the community of East Fork, AZ. A Home Service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Family residence in East Fork, AZ with Rencher Paxon officiating. Interment will be at the Mission View Cemetery in East Fork, AZ. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor, AZ handled the arrangements.
