Evelyn Jordan, 78, was called home to her Heavenly Father on June 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband Jess, two sons Mike and Mitch, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother and one sister. 

There will be a visitation for Evelyn between 12:00 and 2:00pm, with the funeral services beginning at 2:00pm Monday June 11, 2012 at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85207. 

Evelyn will be greatly missed and will live in our hearts forever.
