Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on June 10, 2012 - Earl F. Stegall Jr., born in July 1954, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Earl was a loving husband, son, brother, father and papa. He is survived by his wife Carrie; his parents, Earl and Betty; his second mom, Josephine Schoebel; his sister, Carolyn; his children and grandchildren, Michelle and her spouse Danny and their children, Daniel and Dorothy Friend; Lisa Vasquez and her children, Ryan Averett, Ashton Burke and Katie Burke; Joseph Vasquez and his children, Keri, Kelli, Tye, Kaci and Jacob. He is also survived by his longtime childhood friend, Jeff Jean, and his best buddy "Joey"; and many aunts, uncles and cousins, and throughout his short life the many friends he made. Earl loved to spend most of his time with his family around him. He enjoyed going to Utah to fish, hike and find hidden treasures at yard sales. His favorite sports included NASCAR, baseball and football. He was a true Cardinal, Diamondback and Gator's fan. His longtime idol was Dale Earnhardt. Earl's legacy will live on in our hearts forever. No services will be held. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing" (2 Timothy 4:7-8).
