Shawn Rene Koons died May 1, 2012, in St. Johns. He was born Dec. 29, 1958, in Tucson.

Memorial services were held May 14, 2012, in the Meadows Ward, St. Johns Arizona Stake.

He is survived by his wife, Anne; two sons: Shadrech Molch and Christian Sharp; two brothers and one sister.
