Tasha Lynn Sotomayor (Hart), 35, born March 17, 1977, passed away May 31, 2012, in Phoenix, Ariz. 

Tasha is survived by her father, Richard Hart of Apache Junction, Ariz.; her sisters Holly Hart of Seligman, Ariz., and Lauri Burkes of Dalton, Ga.; and her children Christina and Zackary Taylor of Chino Valley, Ariz., Anna Bishoff of Howell, N.J., and Kianna Hart Hernandez of Phoenix, Ariz.

Services will be 3 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2012, at the Prescott First Church of the Nazarene, 2110 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz.
