SHANE JARED BLACK
Our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend, SHANE JARED BLACK, of Page, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on June 15, 2012. SHANE was born February 04, 1982 in Tuba City, Arizona.
SHANE is survived by his parents Raymond and Bessie Black of LeChee, Arizona; one brother, Ryan Black (Patrice); two sisters, Cheryl Black Bilagody and Charlene Black; grandparents Albert and Alice James of Coppermine and a large family of uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will all dearly miss him.
SHANE was born of the Towering House Clan, born for the Start of the Red Streak People, his maternal clan was of the Mexican people and his paternal clan was of the Deer Spring Clan. SHANE graduated from Page High School in May of 2000 and graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in October of 2002. SHANE enjoyed his job as a rigger in Beaumont Texas where he was currently residing.
SHANE'S greatest joy was riding his motorcycle, cooking extravagant meals, spending countless hours of fishing at Lee's Ferry, camping at his grandmother's home with his friends and hitting the gym to stay fit and healthy.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Desert Memorial Funeral Home of Tuba City, Arizona. Services for SHANE will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (MST) at the LeChee Church of the Nazarene, LeChee, Arizona. Burial will follow at the Page City Cemetery.
