He was born Oct. 19, 1946, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Perry and Nola Huskisson. He is survived by his wife, Janice, and many family members, friends and colleagues. Services will be at 8 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
