Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, June 27, 2012 >> Robert William Sharp << >> Feb. 23, 1920 – June 23, 2012 << Robert “Bob” W. Sharp was born Feb. 23, 1920. Bob went to his Heavenly home June 23 in Lake Havasu City to join the Lord and his wife of 65 years, Margaret. They were blessed with four children, Marilyn (Zimmer), Donald, Richard (deceased) and Kathryn; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Bob had his own construction company in San Gabriel, Calif. They moved to Parker, Ariz., in 1975, where they purchased the Montgomery Ward Catalog store in Parker. They closed the store in 1985 and retired. A memorial Service will be at Our Saviour Lutheran Church Saturday in Lake Havasu City at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Our Saviour Lutheran School, 3405 Arapaho Drive Lake Havasu City 86406. Parker Funeral Home in Parker is handling the cremation.
