BROWN, Kenneth Jay (Pup)

Kenneth Jay Brown (Pup) of Wikieup, 78, died June 26, 2012, in a hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born Aug. 7, 1933, in Eagar, where he grew up. He was the son of Stephen and Fern Brown.

Pup is survived by his wife, Cherie, of 52 years; five children: David, Kenney, Monti, Derald and Lee; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Nilus Hargrave and Naomi Crandall. 

He was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Pup was known for his great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  

Memorial services will be held Friday, June 29, in the Kingman, Arizona Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
