Ernest E. Scott Jr., 88, of Kingman passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Ernie was born Aug. 30, 1923, in Los Angeles. 

He moved to Kingman after the war and spent most of his adult life there. He passed in his sleep at his home in Mesa, Ariz. 

Ernie is survived by his wife, Shirley; and his sons, Mike and Eric.

A memorial service for Ernie will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, at the Church of Scientology, 1002 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix. There will be a brief reception following at 3875 North 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
