A Wise Choice Cremation and Funeral Services Mesa, Arizona Theda Jewel Nowaczewski April 12, 1930 ~ June 28, 2012 Theda Jewel Nowaczewski, April 12, 1930 - June 28, 2012, resident of Mesa, Arizona and formerly of Beaverton, MI, passed away peacefully at the Copper Cottage Hospice House. Theda was born in Clinchco, Virginia and spent most of her lifetime in Michigan before relocating to Arizona this past winter with her soul mate and husband of over 20 years, John Nowaczewski. Theda was one of five children and is survived by her sister, Ruby Fleming. Theda is also survived by her 4 children, Son - Joseph Brinn and his wife, Pamela; Daughter - Karen Gregory Taylor and her husband, Robert; Daughter - Becky Jo Little; Daughter - Susan Roll and her husband, Richard. Her daughter, Sharon Prahin, preceded her in 2000. Theda is also survived by three step-children, Jay Nowaczewski, Jeff Nowaczewski and Joey Nowaczewski, 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Theda enjoyed many pleasures in life which included her love of dancing, trying her luck at the casino, camping and reading. She loved to be with and around her family. She loved to write poems about her children. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Theda Nowaczewski’s name may be made to Copper Cottage Hospice, 5037 E. Broadway Rd., Mesa, AZ 85206.
