MADRID, Robert (Bobby)


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/10/2012 Robert (Bobby) Madrid, 69, died July 3, 2012 at his residence in Eagar. Bobby was born September 24, 1942 in Morenci, the son of Celso and Varis Wiltbank Madrid. Bobby served his country in the U.S. Army from 1960-1962. He was a truck driver and musician. Bobby had no enemies; he accepted everyone. He was dedicated to his family and music. Bobby is survived by his wife, Virginia (Jenny) Madrid; sons: Ronnie, Apache Junction; Danny (Lisa), Globe; Memphis, New Mexico; and Austin, Eagar; daughters: Bobbi Kay (Robert), Globe; Tammy (Ron), Goodyear; Sharann (Martin), Show Low; Emiley (Augustine), Show Low; Lisa, Tucson; adopted children from the heart Nikki, Cody, and Carrie Gray, Marie & Steven Hoffman, Bonnie Baker, Jeff, Kasey, & Valley Martineau, and Heidi Stewart; sister Georgia Moore, sister-in-law Wilda Madrid, and adopted sister Gail Gray; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Joe and Jr., sister-in-law Karen, and infant son Robert. Funeral Services were held Saturday, July 7, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, Eagar, Arizona. Interment followed the funeral services at the Eagar Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Burnham Mortuary, Eagar, handled the arrangements.
