BROOKEY, Evelyn Jean

Evelyn Jean Brookey, 72, Phoenix, passed away March 30, 2004. She was born Feb. 3, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio and was preceded in death by granddaughter Mindy Fleck. She is survived by husband Bob, children Lynn Fleck of Ohio, Dan (Melanie) Brookey of Glendale, Az., three grandchildren Bob (Kelly) Fleck, Scott Fleck, Tyler Brookey and two great grandchildren Braedon & Hailey Fleck. Visitation and services were Thurs. 4-1-04 @ Best Funeral Services North Central Chapel, Officiant Debbi Dilk from First Christian Church. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer to have donations made to Hospice of Arizona 2222 W. Northern Ave. Suite A-100, Phoenix, AZ 85021. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/1/2004.
