PEREZ, Johnny C.

Johnny C. Perez, Sr., 50 years old, retired security guard, entered into rest on March 30, 2004 in Mesa, Arizona. 

He is survived by sons Steven Perez, Sr., David Perez, Johnny Perez, Jr., Thomas Perez; ex-spouse Anita Perez; brothers Lupe Perez, Victor Perez, Thomas Perez; sisters Fanny Perez, Herlinda Pena; favorite ex-sister-in-law Hilda Perez; along with numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Viewing was Friday, April 2, 2004, Lehi Community Center, Mesa. Graveside services Saturday, April 3, 2004 Lehi Cemetery, Mesa, AZ. Bunker's Garden Chapel handled the arrangements.
