James J. Douthit, Jr., 82, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away March 27, 2004. 

Mr. Douthit served in the U.S. Navy. 

Services were held April 2, 2004 at the Twin Butte Southern Baptist Church, 7202 S. 48th St., Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Resthaven Park Mortuary.
