Frances Catherine Gillen, 79, of Cottonwood, a registered nurse for Havasu Samaritan Regional Hospital in Lake Havasu City, died May 22, 1991. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio. Survivors include her daughters, Maureen Shillington, Regina Gillen and Mary Alice Fedor; her son, Michael S.; one sister; one brother; and four grandchildren.
