Percy Avram, 84, of Leisure World, Mesa, AZ passed away Thursday, April 1, 2004. Mr. Avram is survived by his wife Emma of 62 years. He leaves 4 daughters, Daphne Weber and son-in-law Larry, Donna Kohlhoff, and son-in-law Haddon (Bud), Debra Avram and Deanna Vejar and son-in-law Carlos, and 4 grandchildren; Colleen Weber, and husband Bruce Gardave, Craig Weber, Andrea and husband Jeff Garza, Amy Tenney-Nicoll, also, 5 great grandchildren Kelsey & Connor Nicoll, Gabriel, Matthew & Abigail Garza. He is survived by 1 sister Elizabeth Petruic, and brothers, Lloyd Avram of Regina, Sask, Canada and Andrew Avram of Henderson, NV. Percy Avram had a long and successful career with Credit Unions and Co-operatives, he worked with World Extension Dept. of CUNA as a Training and Extension Director for all South America, through the Agency of International Development (AID) and US Dept of State. Visitation, Prayer and Funeral Services were held at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park Funeral Care 400 South Power Road in Mesa. 480-830-4422.
