Black’s Show Low Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Ralph G. Lilly (July 18, 1927 ~ July 15, 2012) Ralph (R.G.) Lilly, 84, of Lakeside, died peacefully at home on July 15, 2012. He was born on July 18, 1927. R.G. was a logger and a plant operator. But the job that he loved most was driving a school bus for Blue Ridge School District. All of the children called him “Grandpa.” R.G. had great love of the outdoors. He was very passionate about fishing, hunting and golfing. R.G. loved his family very much. He was married to Juanita Bell Patterson Lilly for 66 years. He had 2 sons: Ralph (Ted) Lilly and his wife Carma; Jeryl (Jerry) Lilly and his wife Mary Ellen. 5 grandchildren: Terry Lee Lilly; Katrina Lilly; Robert G. Lilly and his fiancée Kasey Leigh Morris; Tammy Ray Lilly Welling and her husband Rob Welling; and James Wallace Lilly and his wife Dee Dee. 6 great grandchildren: Daizy Lilly; Rob (Tre) Welling III; Amber Welling; Dinlen Lilly; Danea Lilly; and Nissa Bryan. A funeral service will held at Black’s Mortuary on Wednesday, July 18 at 10 a.m.
