ELVIRA, Carlos Parra

Hayden -- Carlos Parra Elvira, 48, a skimmer for Kennecott Copper Corp, died Dec. 1, 1983, at Kennecott Samaritan Hospital in Kearny.  

Mr. Elvira was born in Hurley, New Mexico, and moved to Arizona from El Paso, Texas, 24 years ago. He served in the Air Force in the Korean War. 

Survivors include his wife, Armida; daughter, Mary Lou Rodriguez; sons, Carlos and David; mother, Juanita T. Parra; four sisters and a brother. Rosary and Mass were at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.  Griffith Mortuary, Kearny, made arrangements.
