West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, July 20, 2012 Gracie L. Bowlan, 64, formerly of Buckeye died July 11, 2012, in Washington. Mrs. Bowlan was born Oct. 10, 1947. She is survived by her long-time partner, Tom Nardini; two children, Terri Keyes and Chalky Bowlan of Buckeye; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers, Tom, Frank and Leslie Witt; and two sisters, Anna Ozbirn and Amanda Hill. A memorial service will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Assembly of God Church, 23230 W. Highway 85 in Buckeye.
