RAMSEY, Patsy (Pat) Jo

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 Patsy "Pat" Jo Ramsey passed from this temporary life to her eternal home on July 24, 2012. She was born on July 17, 1935, to Lawrence and Helen Redman in Phoenix, Ariz. Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Darrell Ramsey. Darrell passed away on March 28, 2011. Pat is survived by her three daughters, Darrellene (Mike) Faber, Pamela Ramsey and Kimberly (Dale) Cureton; her sister, Beverly Redman; her brother, Eddie (Judy) Redman; and three step-grandchildren, Brian Faber, David Cureton and Shawnna Cureton. Pat was the love of Darrell's life. She was an exceptional mother and precious friend. Her goal in life was to be the best example she could be and to help and encourage everyone she met. She cared about everyone and wanted everyone she met to be happy and healthy. We were blessed by God to have a treasure like Pat (Mom) and she will be greatly missed! A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Mt. Vernon Church of Christ, 120 N. Mt. Vernon Ave. in Prescott, Ariz. Refreshments will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Mt. Vernon Church of Christ. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
