West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, July 27, 2012 Patricia Steffan, 40, of Rainbow Valley died April 28, 2012. She worked as a bus driver for the Liberty Elementary District for 12 years and was the founder of the Rainbow Ladies parade group. She is survived by her husband; four sons; and four grandchildren.
