Mr. Howard Butler passed away on August 01, 2012 in Page, Arizona. He was born in the Preston Mesa area, just north of Tuba City, Arizona.
Mr. Butler was of the Kinyaa'aanii clan and born for the To'dich'ii'nii clan.
He was employed first with the Camp Navajo Army Depot in Bellemont, Arizona and later was employed and retired from the US Bureau of Reclamation/Glen Canyon Dam, Page, Arizona.
Mr. Butler is survived by a brother, Tulley Butler, a sister, Tsosie Hyden, one son, Alvin Butler, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Maude Butler, a son, Calvin Butler and beloved wife, Edith Butler.
Services for Mr. Howard Butler will be held at the First Baptist Church in Page, Arizona, Saturday, August 04, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (MST).
Interment will immediately follow at the Page City Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled thru Desert Memorial Funeral Home, Tuba City, Arizona.
