SHEFFIELD, Billy Carter

Billy Carter Sheffield, 45, of Phoenix, a drywall construction worker, died Jan. 28, 1989. He was born in Atlanta and moved to Arizona in 1987. Survivors include his wife, Glenda; three daughters, Yvonne Rahimbux, Sheila and Allison; a son, Allan; his mother, Celia Turner; two sisters; a brother; and four grandchildren.
