Burial in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Born in England, Mrs. McMillian moved to Arizona 30 years ago. She was an insurance broker. Survivors include her husband, Carl W., daughter Margaret Anne Brown of Mesa; brother, Samuel Horsburgh; and three grandchildren. East Valley Tribune, 10/13/1989.
