BACKUES, John Stanley

Copper Basin News Hayden, Az. 8 Aug. 2012 John was a kind and generous soul and he will be greatly missed by all who loved him. In 1952 he graduated from Miami High School, then spent three years in the Army and after that he went to work for Kennecott until his retirement. John enjoyed spending time with family, the outdoors, and feeding the birds. A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. on Aug. 11, 2012 at Miles Funeral Home-Globe Chapel, 237 South Sutherland Street, Globe, Arizona. A private burial service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden Arizona.
