Valjean Lee Christianson, 82, of Kingman died Thursday, June 28, 2012, in Kingman. He was born Oct. 20, 1929, in Royal Township, Minn.
Sutton Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Valjean (Chris) Lee Christianson went to be with the Lord June 28, 2012. He was born to Grace and Richard Christianson Oct. 20, 1929.
Chris served in the Korean Conflict as a baker in the Navy. Therefore, his muffins became very popular with many family and friends.
Chris was an avid golfer and was the former President of the Cerbat Men’s Club. He would like for all of his golfing buddies to carry on, “FORE.”
Preceding him in death were his parents and his daughter, Linda Christianson.
Surviving him in death are his wife, Hazel Christianson; daughters, Mary (Christianson) Altenheim, Bobbi J. Willis and Cheryl L. Dollar; sons, Joseph Christianson and Charlie Colton; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He will be missed.
A Memorial Service will take place Aug. 18 at 1 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Kingman.
