Arrangements by Hampton Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Saturday, August 25, 2012 Don Williams On Aug. 11, 2012, the world lost but heaven gained a great man, our father, Don Williams at the age of 53. He was married to the love of his life and best friend, Sheri Williams, for 32 amazing, wonderful years! Don is a beloved father to his children, Joshua, Carissa and Christie, and had the profound privilege of welcoming Chris Wooten and Matt Williams into our family as his sons-in-law, who he loved as his own. He loved and never held back and blessed us beyond expectations by being the greatest grandpa to his grandchildren, Gracie, Colin, Callista, Tayton, Michael and Ethan. He made every visit special and made sure those kids knew that "grandpoop" loved them beyond measure! He was more than an amazing man. He was an example of how to be a loving, caring, and supportive husband, father and friend. His faith, strength, courage and love for God and others were standards that we have lived by and measure all others to. Men like our dad are one in a million and people's lives were bettered by knowing such a loving man. These words could never do our amazing father justice; the only justice would be by knowing him, and knowing the love he had for all of us! Thank you, Daddy for giving us a life full of love and the most precious and beautiful memories! We thank God for giving you to us though we will never feel that it was enough time, but we are eternally grateful and blessed by the time we did have with you! Don worked with Flame Propane for many years, but for the last seven years worked as a Realtor with Realty Executives. In lieu of flowers, Realty Executives has set up a donation account at Wells Fargo for the family under the "Sheri D. Williams donations for Don Williams" account ending in 1208.
