With care, comfort and compassion provided by Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, Ariz., and a loving, supportive family by his side, Bob endured a difficult battle with cancer. On July 24, just three days shy of his 51st birthday, his brother, Douglas, who preceded him in death on the same day 35 years prior, came to take him away from this world and his pain.
Bob is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 33 years, Rose; their two sons, Robert and Douglas; and daughter, Bobbie, mother of their four grandchildren. Bob also leaves behind his father, Bob; mother, Naoma; and sister, Barbara; as well as other family members and friends. Our hearts find healing in cherished memories.
Bob grew up in Rossmoor, living mostly in Los Alamitos and Cypress, Calif., before making Lake Havasu City his favorite home. Bob pursued dreams of being a successful entrepreneur with inventions and his craftsmanship skills. Unfortunately, he left this world too soon and his life was unfinished. Services pending, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 602-530-6992.
