MARTIN, Jean (Jeannie) Ann

Today's News-Herald,Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Tuesday, August 7, 2012 - Jean “Jeannie” Ann Martin, 74, went to be with our Lord and heavenly father on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012 at Havasu Regional Medical Center. She was born on Feb. 10, 1938 to Wayne Elvin and Mary Edna (Murphy) Davis I, in Muncie, Ind. Jeannie’s family moved to So. California before Jeannie and her husband Jim, moved to Lake Havasu City in 1979. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Jeannie enjoyed the desert, boating, fishing and crafting, she was a great artist as well. She will be greatly missed, but your love and memories will be in our hearts forever. Jeannie is survived by daughters Linda Brody-Clark and Lorri Martin Harriman; “Be-Bo’s” (grandchildren), Monica Clark (Duane) Moffit, Michelle Law (Eliazar) Rio Ruiz, Michael (Sierra) Law, Valarie Harriman, September (Anthony) Harriman, Carissa, Breanne and Jonathan; great grandchildren, Ryan, Jayden, Isaac, Blaze, Harley, Devon, Chase, Taron and soon to be Morgan Richard; sister, Theresa Darlene Howell; nephews, Craig, Steve, Jeffrey and Jonathan; uncle, Joe “William” Joseph Murphy; cousins, Linda and Sherry; friends, Mike Law, Mark Ruthie, Patty, Alvin and Julie. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Jimmie D. Martin; brother, Wayne E. Davis II and cousin Kristi. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to any animal shelter of your choosing. A Celebration of Jeannie’s life will be held at a later date.
