The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, August 18, 2012 Gordon H. Shuman (1919 ~ 2012) Gordon H. Shuman passed away August 13, 2012 at the age of 93. He served 4 years in the Air Force during WWII. He also served 33 years with the Phoenix Fire Department. Gordon is survived by wife Nancy; stepdaughters Sharon, Sandy and Cindy; grandchildren Bonne, Lani, Nathan, Nick, Amber, Breane, McKenna and Rachael and great-grandchildren Jenna, Nikki, Emma, Olivia and Audrey.
