Jerry R. Hunt, 72, passed away in Las Vegas on Aug. 5, 2012. He was born Oct. 3, 1939 in New Mexico. He had retired from Local Union 525 of Las Vegas, giving him time to enjoy his favorite things - hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a resident of Las Vegas for many years, moved to Colorado for 10 years, then made Kingman his final residence.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Bertha Hunt; his brother, Steven Hunt; and sister, Barbara Jo Bynum. 

Jerry is survived by his wife, Jewell; daughters, Deana Runkle and Sharrese (Bill) Bishop; stepsons, Ken (Brenda) Folkersen and Tom (Tanya) Folkersen; stepdaughters, Bonnie (John) Blackburn and Nancy Truscott; 15 grandchildren, Trent, Steven, Shayne, Bryce, J.C., Jonathan, Liam, Melissa, Tracy, Cade, Dominic, Daniella, Jamie, Kristen and Sam; and three great-grandchildren, Keegan, Olivia and Giselle.

There will be a celebration of Jerry's life at a later date.
