Jerry Brewster, 71
Jerry Brewster, longtime resident and shop owner in Globe, passed away in Kingman on Aug. 16, 2012. He was born on July 11, 1941. Jerry believed in Jesus and has gone home.
Jerry and Tommy, his cat, owned and operated Flower Power and the Bargain Barn in downtown Globe for quite a few years. If you would like to donate a remembrance in Jerry’s name, please donate a bag of cat food to the cat facility in downtown Globe.
Jerry is survived by his sisters, Judy Quinn of Globe and Janice Brown of Kingman; his nephew, Richard Martin of Kingman; and seven cats. Don’t worry, the cats will be cared for by his sister, Judy. For those of you who knew Jerry and Tommy, Tommy is still alive, fat and sassy as ever.
There will be no official service. Jerry donated his body to science. When the ashes are returned, they will be scattered at the family gravesite in Kingman.
